CICIND has made block bookings for rooms in the Conference Venue for CICIND members and/or guests. Special room rates could be negotiated. You can book your room from this allocation on the following pages.

Please register and book before
9th September. After this date the CICIND reservations will be released in order to prevent cancellation penalties for CICIND. After this date you cannot be sure to get an accommodation in the Conference Hotel not to mention at our special rates. This period is the highest season in Munich ! (Oktoberfest)
Due to the limited number of available rooms, priority will be given to CICND members over accompanying guests.
In the following you will find forms for your and your partners personal data, for
- Accomodationin the Conference Hotel
- Lunch in the Conference Hotel
- Ladies Tour on Friday Morning
- Traditional CICIND Dinner on Friday Evening
- Short (2,5 hours) City Tour on Saturday Morning
- Full Day Excursion to the famous Oktoberfest on Saturday
After completion of your registration your data will be transferred to the Secretary of CICIND.
- He will inform the Hotel about your relevant Hotel booking data. (Room type and check in/out).
- The Secretary will charge your Credit Card upon your booking for events and meals;
- The hotel will charge your Credit Card upon check-out for your hotel cost.
- Please acknowledge that the currency of all bookings/payments will be EURO.
